The Scoreoid game screen well show you all your games and let you search or add a new game.
For each game you will have a list column with the following information
- Game Name
- Your game name, selecting the name will open up a lightbox that will allow you to edit your game information.
- Game ID (Token)
- The game ID is a 9 digit hash ID used for making API calls, you can copy it to your clipboard using the copy button or reset it via the actions section.
- Version
- Display’s game version based on your input when adding a new game.
- Platform
- Display’s game platform based on your input when adding a new game, if your game is active on more then one platform use “,” to separate each platform (this is passed as an array to the Scoreoid API).
- Players
- Show’s your currently player count.
- Created
- The date you added your game to Scoreoid, automatically generated via Scoreoid.
- Status
- Your game status, clicking on this will either deactivate or activate your game.
- Actions
- The actions section gives you a number of options. A direct link to the scores screen, resetting your Game ID (resetting your game ID well stop any API calls inside any active games), edit the selected game or delete the selected game.
Adding a new game
Clicking on the “Add new game” button well open up the create game lightbox, you will have a number of options to fill out.
- Name of the game
- Your games name, this is a required field.
- Short description
- A short description of your game max 100 chars, used for auto post, social features (currently not supported) and advanced API’s.
- Game description
- Your game’s full description.
- Game Type
- Your game type, Action, RPG, ect.., used for advanced stats.
- Version
- Your game version number.
- Levels
- Number of levels, used for advanced global stats (currently not supported).
- Download/play URL
- Your game url in HTTP:// format, used for auto post, social features (currently not supported) and advanced API’s.
- Website URL
- Your website or game website url in HTTP:// format, used for auto post, social features (currently not supported) and advanced API’s.
We recommend filling out all the information, as more API’s are added which will use the following info.
